Troubleshooting

The water drop () icon isn’t blinking during the test.

The water drop icon indicates that the device is ready to absorb urine. If the icon doesn’t blink, please check the following steps in order: 1. Check if the test stick is inserted correctly.
If the stick isn’t fully pushed in, the device may not recognize it.
2.
Check the power status. Turn the device off and on again, and restart the app as well.
3.
Try a new test stick if the icon still doesn’t appear.
If the same issue continues, please contact customer support for further assistance.

The test stick came out during testing.

If the stick comes out while testing, the result may not be accurate.
If it’s within 20 seconds, reinsert the stick completely in the correct direction and continue the test.
If more than 20 seconds have passed or an error appears in the app, please start a new test with a fresh stick.
For more stable testing, place the device on a flat surface and make sure the stick remains securely in place during measurement.

The test has finished, but the result isn’t showing in the app.

If your test completed normally but the result doesn’t appear in the app, please check the following: 1. Check your Bluetooth connection
If the device and smartphone are too far apart during the test, the connection may have been lost.
Keep your smartphone close to the device and reconnect.
2.
Restart the app
Fully close the app and reopen it. The result may sync after restarting.
3.
If the result still doesn’t appear
The test is no longer valid, so please perform a new test using a fresh stick.
If the same issue continues, please contact customer support for assistance.

The device got wet with urine — is it okay?

If only a small amount of urine splashed onto the test reader, there’s no major issue. Wipe it thoroughly with a clean, dry tissue before using it again.
However, if the device is heavily wet or liquid has entered the inside, it may be damaged. In that case, stop using it and prepare a new device if necessary.
After each use, replace only the test stick and always keep the device clean and dry for safe and reliable operation.

An error message appeared.

An error message shows up when something goes wrong during the test. It usually happens in the following cases:
Too much or too little urine was applied
The test stick came out during testing
The control line didn’t appear or was faint
The urine sample was contaminated or the test wasn’t performed correctly
What to do:
1.
Turn the device off, then turn it back on.
2.
Fully close the app and reopen it.
3.
Use a new test stick and run the test again.
If the same issue continues, please contact customer support for further assistance.
