Can I connect one device to multiple smartphones?
Yes, you can register one Surearly Smart device on multiple smartphones.
However, it can only be connected to one smartphone at a time.
When you open the app on the smartphone you want to use, it will automatically connect to the device.
You can simply switch between smartphones whenever needed.
How do I replace the device battery?
The Surearly Smart device uses a CR2032 coin battery, which you can easily replace yourself.
1. Check the battery slot on the back of the device.
2. Use your fingernail or a coin to gently push out the battery holder and remove the old battery.
3. When inserting a new one, make sure the โ+โ side faces upward.
After replacing it, press the power button to confirm the device turns on properly.
Do not dispose of used batteries with regular household waste. Please follow your local recycling and disposal regulations.
