Can I log in and use the app on multiple smartphones at the same time?
Each account can only be logged in on one smartphone at a time.
If you’d like to use another smartphone, please log out from your current device first, then sign in on the new one.
For your security, simultaneous logins on multiple devices are not supported, so you can use the app with peace of mind.
Can I change my email address?

I want to receive reminders to measure my basal body temperature (BBT).
Go to App Settings → Notification Settings and turn on BBT Measurement Reminder to choose your preferred time and days. You can set one reminder per day. You can receive it at the same time every day, or only on specific days of the week.
Keeping the reminder on regularly will help you build a daily habit of recording your temperature.

Tap the Edit Calendar button at the bottom right corner of the calendar screen.
In the edit screen, you can adjust your menstrual cycle and period dates, enter menstrual details, or set your expected delivery date directly.

Can I connect one device to multiple smartphones?
Yes, you can register one Surearly Smart device on multiple smartphones.
However, it can only be connected to one smartphone at a time.
When you open the app on the smartphone you want to use, it will automatically connect to the device. You can simply switch between smartphones whenever needed.

How do I register a test stick?
Before using a test stick for the first time, you’ll need to register it in the app. There are two ways to do this:

Register by scanning the QR code
2.
Register by entering the LOT number manually
Once registration is complete, all test sticks under the same LOT number can be used.
Test Stick
Can I check the result directly by looking at the line color on the stick?
No, you can’t determine the result accurately just by the color or intensity of the lines on the stick.
The Surearly Smart device is designed to digitally read even the subtle color changes that are hard to distinguish with the naked eye. Please make sure to check the accurate result on the app screen or the device display.
When is the best time to take the test for the most accurate result?

The water drop (
) icon isn’t blinking during the test.
The water drop icon indicates that the device is ready to absorb urine. If the icon doesn’t blink, please check the following steps in order: 1. Check if the test stick is inserted correctly.

Check the power status. Turn the device off and on again, and restart the app as well.
3.
Try a new test stick if the icon still doesn’t appear.
If the same issue continues, please contact customer support for further assistance.
Troubleshooting
How should I store the test sticks?
Store the test sticks in a cool, dry place between 2–30 °C (36–86 °F).

Avoid direct sunlight and humidity.
•
Do not freeze.
•
Once the sealed pouch is opened, use the stick immediately — it cannot be stored again after opening.
Proper storage is essential for accurate test results, so please make sure to follow these guidelines.
